COVID UPDATE
Subject to pandemic public policy changes which will be reflected here as soon as possible, All of You Wellness Centre remains open. In-person and virtual appointments are booked at the discretion of individual Practitioners.
Clients requesting in-person appointments are required to:
- arrive no more than 5 minutes before the time of their appointment.
- sign a one-time perpetual waiver of responsibility holding the Clinic harmless for the risk of contracting COVID-19 that take in seeking in-person services, and providing name(s), phone and email for contract tracing purposes.
- wear a mask at all times while in the Clinic if that is the current policy. Ask your Practitioner. Masks are available for purchase from Reception if needed; exact cash or debit payment only.
- not bring food or drink other than water into the Clinic.
- leave promptly at the end of their appointment.
All of You Wellness Centre is taking the following precautions to ensure the safety of our Staff, Practitioners and their Clients:
- Practitioners and Staff are masked at all times in the Clinic if that is the current public policy for health care settings.
- only larger treatment spaces are in use to ensure adequate physical distancing.
- air filtration equipment is in use in all treatment spaces and waiting area.
- no treatment space used for back-to-back appointments (even if the Practitioner is the same) in order to allow time for cleaning, ventilation and air filtration.
- frequent cleaning of high contact services

A supervised participatory group for new practitioners learning to manage the arc of the hour--getting off to a good start in a session with a client, making sure some work is accomplished and properly ending, and every momentary pitfall in between.
Counting toward group supervision hours may depend on the actual group size and provisions of the participant's program/registration.
Open to practicum students and RP(Qualifying) candidates.
Biweekly. 90 minutes. There will be no meeting on May 30th.
Tuition is per session and does not include HST.

We use integrative therapeutic modalities to help people navigate complex emotions, resolve relational and internal conflicts, and build healthy connections. Our groups are open to adult individuals, couples, thruples, or polycules of any sexual orientation and gender identity.
Our 8-week Polyamory Group Therapy is from April 3rd-May 22nd. Sessions are 90-minutes each and run every Thursday evening from 6:30-8:00 PM. All sessions are held in-person at All of You Wellness Centre. Our location is fully accessible, and all sessions are private and confidential. The Institute for Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapy (Ottawa) and All of You Wellness Centre (Toronto) are collaborating to offer a professional development forum for clinical supervisors to discuss issues and concerns arising in the supervision of psychotherapists and to address the emerging regulatory requirement that supervisors engage on ongoing professional development and skill maintenance.
In online monthly meetings with the goal of keeping the principles of supervision in mind, senior supervisors will moderate discussions of topics proposed by participants, and review ethical, legal and professional concerns.
WHO SHOULD ATTEND. Clinical supervisors who have:

Dr. Augustine Meier, Professor Emeritus, is a registered clinical psychologist, clinical supervisor, trainer and author. He supervised the clinical practice of psychotherapists, social workers, and graduate counselling students and Ph.D. level psychology candidates applying for registration with the College of Psychologists of Ontario. Dr. Meier has presented scientific papers on clinical supervision at annual conferences and has published articles and chapters in books on the topic. In 2019, he published a book, Practical Clinical Supervision for Psychotherapists. Dr. Meier is the founder of the Institute for Self-in-Relationship Psychotherapy, Ottawa.
Don Edwards, Ph.D., RP is a registered psychotherapist, Certified Mental Health Professional (OAMHP), Ontario Validated Clinical Supervisor (OVCS), educator, workshop leader, vocational counsellor, couples counselor and relationship and life coach. Don is the founder of the All of You Wellness Centre, Toronto, holds a Ph.D. from the University of Toronto, is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto, and is a Therapist Certified in EMDR.
In online monthly meetings with the goal of keeping the principles of supervision in mind, senior supervisors will moderate discussions of topics proposed by participants, and review ethical, legal and professional concerns.

- completed a 30-hour training program in clinical supervision
- have five years of experience as a psychotherapist and
- are in good standing with their regulatory body (CRPO, OCSW, CPO)
