As an eclectic practitioner, Justyna sees the value in borrowing from many approaches and applying them to suit different clients. Justyna is passionate about providing strength-based and solution-focused therapy. As someone that has been through the therapeutic process, Justyna understands the importance of highlighting small wins in therapy, not solely focusing on problems and working towards empowering clients.
Justyna incorporates elements of existential therapy as the broader part of her therapeutic framework for clients seeking exploration into personal meaning, identity, personal freedoms, and all other big life questions.
Using aspects of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and narrative therapy, Justyna explores clients’ thoughts, ideas, feelings and stories. CBT and narrative therapy provide useful skills to help clients process difficult events and embrace or reshape personal narratives. Justyna is respectful of all life perspectives, often incorporating and exploring diverse worldviews, as well as how they shape client inner narratives.
Through her own journey she is most compassionate about guiding others through their challenges, offering support, and sharing knowledge. Justyna walks alongside her client’s therapeutic journey as they uncover their full potential.
