Rebecca Kinton
Suite 402, 65 Wellesley St East, Toronto, ON, M4Y 1G7
(virtual sessions)
As a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying), Rebecca Kinton is guided by compassion, openness and grounding while supporting each client on their healing journey.
Rebecca is strongly committed to her work with adults who have attention-deficit/hyperactivity disorder / ADHD. Her practice is anti-oppressive, queer and racial-justice allied; thus her approach is shaped by the expressed needs and values of the individual. With a background in attachment theory and mindfulness, Rebecca utilizes modalities that include narrative, psychodynamic, expressive, and strength-based therapy. As a former pianist and art history major, creativity, expression, and connection are central to her intuitive approach.
When not in session, Rebecca enjoys yoga, concerts, cooking, travelling, kayaking, knitting, gardening, cross-country skiing, bird-watching and documentary films. In the summer, she lives on a Lake Ontario float-home with her spouse and future dog.
