Victoria Moskovskaya, RP, MPsy, MBA
Victoria works with adults who may have insights - yet find themselves in patterns they want to shift.
Many of her clients are thoughtful and self-aware, yet notice that certain patterns, reactions, habits or situations continue to repeat. Understanding alone hasn’t been enough, even though they’ve tried.
Her work combines thoughtful conversation with depth-oriented approaches that help uncover what’s getting in the way, so change can happen at a level that feels real and sustainable. The focus is on meaningful internal shifts, not surface-level strategies.
Victoria’s approach is direct, collaborative, and flexible. She works beneath the surface while staying practical and grounded, supporting change that carries into daily life rather than staying conceptual.
Victoria brings both clinical training and real-world experience. Having lived and worked across countries and cultures, and having spent years in complex corporate environments, she understands the internal demands of navigating high expectations, pressure, and major life transitions.
As a trauma-informed Registered Psychotherapist, Victoria offers a confidential, non-judgmental space to work with emotional overwhelm, burnout, anxiety, habit patterns, and the internal dynamics that keep people stuck. She also works with couples to support clearer communication, healthier conflict resolution, and more connected relationships.
Victoria is a Registered Psychotherapist (CRPO), Certified Professional (Executive) Coach, Certified Hypnotherapist, and Certified Master NLP Practitioner, with additional training in trauma-informed modalities, psychodynamic therapy, Internal Family Systems (IFS), family constellations, and integrative approaches to habit and pattern change.
She offers individual and couples therapy for adults and invites clients to book a brief consultation to explore whether her approach feels like the right fit.
