Zdenka is a graduate of the Gestalt Institute of Toronto and is a Registered Psychotherapist (Qualifying) with College of Registered Psychotherapists of Ontario (CRPO). Psychotherapy is her second career. She has been working with the clients at All of You Wellness Centre in Toronto for several years.

Life brings to each of us many lessons that we experience, sometimes repeat and sometimes change our lives completely. To realize that we have the power to direct our life empowers us to find the determination to own our life changes and strive for better -- not easy, but a key to personal development.

Zdenka combines her creativity, intuition, Gestalt relational and experiential methods to tailor the therapy to foster new awareness and provide support for personal growth and healing. With curiosity, creativity and a gentle and supportive approach, Zdenka supports her clients in exploring their innermost thoughts, beliefs, wounds, related emotions and bodily sensations.

Zdenka’s fees are covered under some insurance benefit plans. She is a member of Canadian Association for Psychodynamic Therapy (CAPT).
